Overview
The MCP23017 IO Expansion Board utilizes the I2C bus to expand two signal pins into 16 I/O pins. Up to 8 MCP23017 IO Expansion Boards can be cascaded simultaneously, providing a total of up to 128 I/O pins. It supports both 3.3V and 5V logic levels.
