Reach a relevant audience
Meet either target for your submitted work:
- TikTok / Shorts: 10,000 views or 500 likes.
- YouTube long video: 2,000 views or 100 likes.
- Article / forum post: 1,000 verified reads or 50 likes / upvotes.
Organic activity only. Targets qualify you for review; approval is subject to all program terms and available places.

Make something worth sharing
A small audience can still have a great idea. We review:
- Originality: a fresh idea or inventive use.
- Value: something useful, educational or entertaining.
- Evidence: a real process and a clear result.
GitHub projects are welcome: include a useful README and a working demo or build evidence. No fixed Stars or follower minimum.
Program essentials & FAQs
- US$50 maximum: one featured item or several, combined. Shipping and import charges are excluded.
- 100 days between approvals: one creator across all accounts; up to 20 creators each month.
- 90 days to apply: from delivery; your work must have been public for at least 14 days.
- 10 business days to hear back: after approval, original-payment refund or an agreed Apple Gift Card.
- Honest sharing: no positive-review requirement. Disclose the reward; keep ownership of your work.
Who and what can apply?
Use a public creator account that you are entitled to use. Videos, blogs, technical articles, community tutorials and documented GitHub projects are eligible when they show real use of the claimed PineMux hardware. Pure unboxings, copied product listings and reused promotional footage alone do not qualify. Your work must be original and comply with the platform or forum rules.
Where local law requires parental or guardian authorisation, a parent or guardian must handle the application and reward with you. We do not ask for a birth date in the application.
Is approval required, and how often can I apply?
Approval is required. We approve up to 20 creators per calendar month (UTC), with at least 100 days between approvals for the same creator across all accounts.
Apply within 90 days of receiving the claimed products, after your work has been public for at least 14 days. Provide the publication date and verifiable metrics or an explanation of your original idea. Metrics belong to the submitted work on one platform; do not combine different posts or platforms. Paid views, bought likes, engagement exchanges and rewards for likes are excluded.
We review complete applications in the order received for genuine purchase, originality, relevant hardware use, disclosure and either the audience targets or the creative criteria above. Meeting a target does not guarantee approval. If places are filled, we will tell you; any move to a later month needs your agreement. We reply within 10 business days (Monday–Friday) of your application, including a request for missing information where needed.
The creative route waives the audience targets only. The same work or product cannot receive the reward twice. Cancelled, fully refunded or already reimbursed items are ineligible. An unsuccessful applicant can reply to request clarification or a review.
How much can I receive, and what costs are excluded?
You may claim one featured product or several featured products together, purchased from PineMux. Only products actually shown or used in your work count. The combined reward is the lower of their eligible amount actually paid and US$50 total per approval. Eligible cost is after discounts and previous reimbursements, including any checkout sales tax or VAT being reimbursed. Shipping, import duties and clearance fees are excluded.
After approval, we initiate a refund to the original payment method, or arrange an Apple Gift Card if you choose and agree to that option. A gift card is store credit, not a cash refund. Availability and denominations must be suitable for your Apple Account country or region; a US card is not a universal option. If a suitable card is unavailable, the original-payment refund remains the default. The two methods cannot be claimed together.
For non-USD purchases we use the exchange rate recorded with the order; if it is unavailable, we agree the conversion in writing before you accept a reward. We confirm the final amount, currency and method by email. Payment-provider processing and gift-card delivery times vary. This reward does not remove applicable return, warranty or other consumer rights; the same product cost cannot be paid back twice.
Do I need an ad script or a PineMux link?
Share your own experience. No script, positive review, star rating, promotional mention or purchase link is required. The product must genuinely be part of the work.
You must clearly disclose the potential reward when creating content to enter the program. If you decide to apply after publishing, add an appropriate disclosure before applying. For example: “Ad — I bought this hardware from PineMux and may receive a reward through its Creator Program. All opinions are my own.” Update the wording when a reward is received.
Use a clear disclosure in the content’s language, visible in the video or near the start of the article, and the platform’s paid-partnership tools where required. A hidden description or a vague “thanks” is insufficient. Follow the rules that apply in your country and on your platform.
Can PineMux share my work?
You keep your copyright. For approved work, you grant PineMux a non-exclusive, worldwide, 12-month licence from approval to embed, excerpt or repost the authorised content on our website, our own social accounts and our email newsletters, with credit and a link to your original work.
Paid advertising, resale, substantial edits and translations require separate written permission. Third-party music, images or other material are only included where you have the necessary rights to authorise that use. This licence does not change the licence of any source code. PineMux will preserve the reward disclosure when sharing your work.
What happens to my details and existing agreements?
Send only the details needed to verify your purchase, authorship, content and reward. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or your full postal address. Redact unrelated personal information in analytics screenshots. An application is not a newsletter subscription; contact the application email for questions about your data.
Existing written approvals keep their agreed terms. Applications are reviewed under the rules in effect when submitted; later changes will not alter an approved reward. Terms effective 29 September 2026.
