01 PineMux and these terms

These terms cover purchases made through www.pinemux.com and use of the store. They should be read with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Terms and Warranty, Returns & Refunds page.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Manufacturer names and marks identify their products; a purchase from PineMux is handled by PineMux, and manufacturer website terms do not automatically replace our terms.

02 Product and version selection

Check the exact model, version, interfaces, power requirements and included items before ordering. A comparison table may describe products or versions other than the one selected in your basket. Product suitability for a particular build depends on its requirements; contact us if a specification is unclear.

We aim to keep descriptions and availability accurate. If we discover a material error affecting your order, we will contact you with the correction and available options rather than substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

03 Prices, payment and orders

Product prices, discounts, shipping and the total shown at checkout apply to the selected basket and delivery address. Shipping is charged separately. PayPal is the current payment service. Check the displayed transaction currency before authorising payment; your payment provider may apply its own conversion or fees.

An unsuccessful payment attempt is not confirmation that an order has been paid or accepted. Keep your order confirmation and contact us if you see a charge without an order result. We will resolve any inability to fulfil a paid order with you, including a refund where due.

04 Delivery and import handling

Orders are dispatched from Shenzhen, China. Available YunExpress standard or priority tracked services, coverage and estimated transit times depend on the basket and destination. Refer to the Shipping Terms and the options shown at checkout.

Check your address and postcode carefully. Transit estimates exclude order preparation and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Contact us before ordering if you need confirmation about import handling. A displayed product price does not by itself establish that every destination’s import charge has been prepaid.

05 Returns and remedies

Our Warranty, Returns & Refunds page explains how to report a fault, request a cancellation or organise a return. Contact PineMux for purchases made here. Manufacturer support may help with technical diagnosis but does not replace the seller’s responsibilities.

We will not require you to waive mandatory consumer rights as a condition of assistance.

06 Accounts and safe use

Keep your account credentials private and provide accurate information needed to process an order or enquiry. Tell us if you believe someone else has accessed your account. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, private submissions or store systems, or submit harmful code or unlawful material.

Use electronic products within their documented electrical and environmental limits. Do not assume a component is certified for a safety-critical application unless its documentation expressly establishes that suitability.

07 Projects, feedback and content

Submit material you have permission to share and remove unnecessary personal information. Community submissions are reviewed before publication. Author attribution, permitted publication and any Creator Program licence follow the terms presented for that submission or programme.

The Creator Program is administered separately. Participation does not require a positive review and does not automatically authorise additional advertising uses of your work.

08 Questions, disputes and updates

Contact PineMux at zqbk5851@gmail.com with the relevant order or account details. We aim to resolve issues directly; payment-provider dispute processes and statutory remedies remain available.

Updated terms apply prospectively as permitted by law. A later website edit does not retrospectively remove the terms or mandatory rights applicable to an existing order. No exclusive court location or waiver of local consumer protection is imposed by this page.
