PINEMUX · CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

How PineMux handles information when you shop, contact us or share a project.

Effective: 26 October 2026

01 Our store and your information

This notice covers www.pinemux.com, its customer accounts, orders, support enquiries, community submissions and Creator Program applications. PineMux is the store responsible for these activities. Contact our team at zqbk5851@gmail.com for a privacy request.

02 Information you provide

We handle account and contact details, delivery addresses, the products you order, amounts, order history and payment references. Support enquiries may include the messages and attachments you send. Please provide only information needed to answer your request.

PayPal handles payment authentication and payment credentials in its own checkout. Do not send us your PayPal password, full card details or identity documents through a support message.

03 Community projects and feedback

When you submit a project or feedback, we store your submission, revisions, images and any order association used for review. Drafts and pending images are restricted to their author and authorised reviewers. Approved content and its selected author attribution can be published on the website, and approved images become publicly accessible.

A private source copy and review history may remain after publication. Avoid including private addresses, account details or other people’s personal information in material intended for publication. Contact us if published material needs correction or removal.

04 Why we use information

We use the information needed to fulfil orders, arrange delivery, manage accounts, answer enquiries, handle returns and administer requested community activities. Order processing is necessary to perform our contract; accounting and other required records are kept for legal obligations. Protecting accounts, diagnosing faults and preventing abuse support our legitimate interest in running a secure store, subject to your rights.

Where a separate consent is required, we ask for it for the stated purpose. Buying a product, contacting support or applying to the Creator Program does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

05 Service providers and international processing

Payment, hosting, media storage, email delivery and shipping providers receive information needed for their role. These include PayPal, our website and media hosting services, our email service and the selected carrier or delivery partner. We may also disclose records when legally required or needed to resolve a dispute.

Orders ship from China, and website, media, email, payment and delivery providers may process information outside your country. Contact us for information about the providers and arrangements relevant to your request. Where the law requires specific safeguards for an international transfer, those requirements apply. We do not sell customer data or give third parties a mailing list for their own marketing.

06 Cookies and browser storage

The store uses cookies or browser storage for account sessions, shopping carts, security and preferences. Payment services and embedded content may use their own storage when you interact with them. You can manage storage through your browser; blocking essential storage may prevent login, basket or checkout functions from working.

Optional marketing or analytics processing, if introduced, will require the appropriate notice and controls. This page does not give blanket consent to optional tracking.

07 Keeping and protecting records

Account, order, support and community records are retained for their relevant purpose, including applicable accounting duties, disputes and security investigations. Deleting an account does not automatically delete legally required transaction records, published material or all backup copies. We assess deletion requests against those needs and explain any remaining retention.

Access to administrative and unpublished information is restricted. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

08 Your choices and requests

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to certain processing. You may withdraw consent for future processing where we rely on it, without affecting lawful processing already carried out. We may ask for proportionate verification to protect your account.

You can also contact the data protection authority responsible for your location. Please identify your request and the account or order concerned, without sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents.

09 Updates and programme rules

Changes will be shown with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated where required. The Creator Program has separate application and content permission rules; this notice does not expand those permissions.
