Shipping information, including address, zip code, contact number must be confirmed before delivery. Before payment, please make sure your address in order must match the address you would like us to send to.
Shipping Options
We offer Standard Tracked Shipping and Priority Tracked Shipping through YunExpress and local delivery partners. Available options and prices are calculated automatically at checkout from your delivery address and basket. Select the service you prefer before paying with PayPal.

Prices & Import Information
Our listed product prices are final selling prices. Shipping is calculated separately, and your checkout total is the product amount after any discounts plus the selected shipping charge. Customs requirements vary by destination; contact us before ordering if you need confirmation about import handling for your address.
Order Processing Time
We typically process and ship orders within 3 business days after receiving payment confirmation through PayPal.
Delivery Time
The estimated transit time for each available service is shown at checkout. Transit times start from dispatch and do not include order processing. Customs clearance, local delivery conditions and remote destinations may cause delays. Contact us if your shipment is taking longer than expected.

Priority Tracked Shipping: available for selected destinations. Compare its estimated transit time and charge with the standard option before payment.
Tracking: use the tracking number provided after dispatch to follow your parcel with the carrier and local delivery partner.
Multiple items: shipping is calculated for the basket. Changing quantities or products may change the available services and shipping charge.
Remote areas: supported remote-area charges are included in the shipping quote. Some postcodes are outside the available delivery coverage.
Address changes: check your country, postcode, contact details and delivery address before payment. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed after ordering.
Unavailable destinations or baskets: please contact us to confirm a suitable shipping arrangement. We do not offer automatic delivery to every country or postcode.
